How to Set Up IPTV on Any Device

Before you start: you’ll need your username, password and server URL (or playlist link) from your welcome message. Recommended apps: we’ll tell you the best IPTV player app for your device when we send your login details.

Amazon Fire TV Stick

1. From the Firestick home screen, go to Find → Search and search for the IPTV player app we recommend.
2. If the app isn’t in the Amazon Appstore, install the Downloader app, then go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install unknown apps and switch Downloader on.
3. Open Downloader and enter the download link or code from your welcome message.
4. Open the IPTV app and choose Xtream Codes (username, password and server URL) or M3U playlist, then enter your details.
5. Wait for the channels and TV guide to load, then start watching.

Samsung & LG Smart TV

1. Open your TV’s app store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store).
2. Search for the IPTV player app we recommend and install it.
3. Open the app. Some Smart TV apps show a device ID / MAC address – send it to us on WhatsApp or email if your welcome message asks for it.
4. Enter your login details (or we’ll add your playlist for you), then restart the app.

2. Open the app and add a new playlist or login.
3. Enter your username, password and server URL, then save.

Android Mobile & Tablet

Windows & Mac

1. Download and install the IPTV player app we recommend for your computer.
2. Open it and add your login details or playlist link.
3. Choose a channel or title and start watching.

MAG Box

1. Find the MAC address on the sticker on the back of your MAG box and send it to us on WhatsApp or email.
2. On the box, go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
3. Enter the portal URL from your welcome message in Portal 1 URL, save and restart the box.

Tips for Smooth, Buffer-Free Streaming

• Use an Ethernet cable, or keep your router close to your TV and use 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
• As a general guide, allow 10–15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps+ for 4K.
• Restart your router and device regularly.
• On Firestick and Android, clear the app cache if the picture starts to freeze.
• Keep your IPTV app and device software up to date.
